Tips for framing interview questions

1)Use Simple and Clear Language: Avoid technical terms, or overly complex words

2) Use Polite and Respectful language to make the interviewee feel valued and respected.

Example: Start with "Could you please share..." or "I would love to hear about..."
.
3) Write the questions related to the given points or hints.

4) Draw the given table and fill the empty space with required information and questions.

5) Frame questions positively to encourage proper responses.

6) Ensure the question is easy to understood.

7) Begin with general, easy questions to make the respondent comfortable, gradually move to more specific or complex topics.

8)  Don't repeat the question.

9) Write more than 8 Questions if there is no table.

10) Give priority to grammar structure.
