The Blood Donation camp was organised by the NSS unit of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Jr. College on 15th August 2022 on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
The camp was held in the college auditorium. It was arranged with the co-operation of Government Blood Bank. The camp was inaugurated by the principal Dr. P. K. Pawar by lighting traditional lamp. The staff of Blood Bank and professors in charge of NSS unit were present on this occasion. The Blood Donation Camp got tremendous response. 250 bottles Of blood were collected because many students of our college and out of College as well as other blood donor donated their blood. The organizers were quite happy about the tremendous response.
The blood donors were given coffee and biscuits after the blood donation. They were also felicitated with the certificate. The camp was ended by the vote of thanks expressed by Prof. Madhuri Desai, the in charge of NSS unit
